Xiamen Yunmao Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2018, is a cutting-edge thin-film deposition solution provider dedicated to the innovative R&D and industrial application of nanoscale thin-film deposition processes. The company focuses on the development and production of thin-film deposition equipment for lithium batteries, Mini/Micro LED, advanced optics, silicon carbide (SiC), integrated circuits, superconducting materials, and devices. Yunmao has launched several industrial-grade systems, forming a comprehensive product portfolio centered on ALD, PVD, CVD and EPI.
